WoW Mage Macro For Ice Barrier and Mana Shield

This nifty world of warcraft macro for your mage will cast ice barrier then mana shield. After the 30 seconds, it will recast ice barrier.

/castsequence reset=30 Ice Barrier, Mana Shield

Lol thats some crap… the reset=30 just makes the sequence reset after 30 secs, and if you cast both spells anyway, it resets automatically. And by the way, if you are doing long arenas (like against healers) you would not want to waste your mana with mana shield. Its just not worth it.

This would work, except that after u cast mana shield it will be stuck back on Ice Barrior and u cannot reapply for 30s. What happens if someone blows thru your shields and your need to reapply Mana shield quickly? You can’t. You would be better off with something like /castsequence reset=30/shift Ice Barrier, Mana Shield, Mana Shield, Mana Shield. or
/cast [modifier:shift] Icebarrior
/cast [nomodifier:shift] Mana shield
