Healing is a important part in arena, keeping your teammate up is a good cause. This macro will allow you to flash heal your teammate without diselecting your current target.

Without diselecting your target you will be able to dispel offensively while defensively helping to aid your partner in battle

/castsequence reset=combat/target Mind Blast, Shadow Word: Pain
This tricky little macro will allow you to help your teammate in dps while keeping them up

This macro is for priests with silence (shadow talent). It will cast silence on your focus target, or if you don’t have a focus target, it will cast silence on your target.
