This macro is only for Night elves for their racial ability. It will let you drink and shadowmeld at the same time instead of pressing two buttons at once creating delay.

This no longer works, as Shadowmeld breaks drinking, and drinking breaks a Shadowmeld. Change happened in patch 3.0.x
