This World of Warcraft Shaman macro will drop totems in order. You’ll probably want to modify this some to get it the way you want but that is as easy as swapping out the totem name in the macro with the totem name you want.
/castsequence reset=8 Searing Totem, Mana Spring Totem, Grounding Totem, Strength of Earth Totem

i did this and i get a message [A macro script has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI] what am i doing wrong?

Since patch 2.4.3 these macros are no longer operational, as equipping an item now cancels any spell being cast.
